Orders received up to 30 minutes after cut-off time could potentially be fulfilled in time for delivery. Please call us to check if the driver has already come and gone. * Additional transit times may occur during the holiday seasons or due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as bad weather. As these are out of our control, we do not guarantee that all parcels will arrive within the expected transit duration.
* Business days excludes weekends and public holidays.
** GO Logistics deliveries for Sydney metropolitan areas sent in the morning generally arrive in the afternoon and orders in the afternoon arrive the next morning. This does NOT include deliveries to the Greater Sydney and surrounding areas.
*** Please check our Shipping Methods page for a detailed description of what constitutes a large parcel for AusPost delivery. Parcels that include laptop or large tablet screens, more than 5-10 screens and/or cases, laptop chargers or batteries, computer accessories, or a combination of the above are generally considered large. If in doubt, please contact us to check.

REMINDER that we CANNOT send dangerous goods interstate or to NSW border postcodes via StarTrack Express as they go by air freight. Dangerous goods include products such as batteries, aerosols (eg. air duster), and flammable liquids (eg. cleaning solutions). Orders containing dangerous goods will be shipped via other couriers, usually AusPost Express, and will be subject to those cut-off times.

Overweight and/or oversized parcels may incur additional shipping fees. Free shipping is available for orders totalling more than $800 (not including phone and tablet cases)
We reserve the right to choose the courier for free shipping. Please contact us if you have a preferred courier. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate for your preferences.

NOTICE: Please call* us if your order is placed slightly after cut-off times and wish it to be sent same day. We will try our bests to complete your order before the drivers arrive, however, please note that the delivery drivers may arrive earlier than expected and there is a chance that we cannot complete your order on time, especially for larger or more complicated orders. Orders received up to 30 minutes after cut-off time could potentially be fulfilled in time for delivery.

*We can be particularly busy between 3:00 - 4:30pm and may be away from the phone during these times while we are fulfilling orders.

If there are urgent issues with your order, we will text or call your provided number. Please ensure that your contact number is up to date so we can contact you if needed. Mobile numbers with text services are preferred.

Combining orders and shipping. If you wish to add additional items to an order before cut-off time, please make a new order and select "Combine with previous" for shipping method and also include the order number of your first order in the comment to ensure that we do not miss your second order or double charge you for shipping.

Orders placed after cut-off time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipments placed on weekends and Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
There will be no courier delivery services on weekends and on Australian national and NSW public holidays.
